ACCELERATED GRADUATE SUMMER STUDIO.
Paper Texture

DESCRIPTION.

A six week long WSU summer graduate studio had the opportunity to work on individual projects, with guidance from SRG and Gensler.  On week four, a brief road-trip to the SRG studio in Portland, Oregon was done to present initial concept ideas to the firm for a new perspective and to visit the project site for inspiration.

The studio was tasked to work on three different projects, with the main idea revolving around the effects of COVID in every-day life: (1) The office desk, (2) home furniture, and (3) co-hub site project.  Students were required to provide sketches, as well as utilizing Grasshopper, to explore the vast array of ideas of how one shape can enhance a space and its community.
